On the 7th of September at 6PM Tartmus is organising an open linocut workshop, instructed by artist Peeter Allik.
Under the supervision of Estonia’s best linocut artist, the participants will get to know the basic principles with which they can carry out their ideas in graphic art – by engraving delicate lines into a linol surface and pressing the image onto paper or textile.
The museum is also hosting a retrospective exhibition of Peeter Allik’s work, incuding his impressive linocut pieces, that’s open until the 17th of September.
Entry to the workshop is with a museum ticket.
