Artmovie at Tartu Art Museum: “Camille Claudel 1915”

The French film by Bruno Dumont in 2013 reflects the presence of Auguste Rodin’s student and lover – Camille Claude.

The main character played by Juliette Binoche is cut off from her creations and from the rest of the world. Camille Claudel is in a situation where she tries to explain that her place is not in a asylum and that she is much more adequate than she is thought to be.
